PlanX uses common widgets for controlling views, grouping, sorting, and filtering on all pages. This allows for a uniform experience and the ability to create nearly any type of report or list. This article describes how to use each of these widgets.
View Widget
The View widget lets you see data in a compact list, map snapshot, or full map view style. Users can also select a default view type in their User settings.

Group Widget
The group widget lets you select which attribute projects will be grouped by. By default this is usually the status, but can be changed to many other data fields.
Sort Widget
The Sort widget lets you sort projects by the attributes provided. Projects will be sorted within their groups. After selecting a sort attribute you can select ascending or descending using the Sort button. On some pages, such as the Search page, sorting may still be accomplished by clicking column headings.
Filter Widget
The Add Filter widget lets you filter data by various attributes. After selecting an attribute in the left column you may select filter items in the right column. The right column also includes Select All and Deselect All shortcuts.
